"Whether you believe you can
or believe you can't,
...you're right."
Henry Ford
Being at Choice:
When you say we are all
"at choice"
- what does that mean, exactly?
It is
amazing
what we, humans, just accept as being incontrovertibly "true."
"
That's just how it is.
"
"I'm too old to...."
"
It's just reality
."
Actually, no. It really isn't.
Accepting what you
don't want
as "just reality"
is
buying into
an unintentional, toxic lie
you are telling yourself.
You are actually resigning yourself:
to
mediocrity
to
following the status quo
to
allowing your dreams, your vision, to
die
.
It's time to say
goodbye to the toxic lie
. Right here, right now.
If you've never been coached, you may have no idea how much power you actually have to change your circumstances.
Yup, we are talking to you.
You're
right in the driver's seat
and you don't even know it!
Through effective coaching techniques, you will see that
reality is what you make it
.
Really, no kidding.
Through coaching, you'll see that you can actually
choose your perspective first and
then
take action
.
Most people believe that first success comes, and
then
they will be happy. Actually, they have it backwards -
First you need to
choose be happy or satisfied or energized
Then only from that empowered place
, success will come.
(See a terrific video on this subject by Shawn Achor in the
resources section
of this website.)
So:
Think it, say it, believe it, be it, do it
.
It's an amazing process that can lead to
radical transformation
.
