​Debby Rauch Lissaur flew all the way to London to be 
the very first Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in the NY/NJ area.  Strengths coaching blends perfectly with her deep commitment to positivity, kindness and action.


​Debby received her coach training at the world-renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and was awarded the status of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).  She has also been trained by Team Coaching International (TCI) and ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching.)

Debby is certified to conduct a variety of tools and experiences (discussed in more detail in the Resources Section serving both her corporate and private clients, including:

  • The Hogan Personality Assessment (corporate; leadership suite self awareness tool)

Through assessments, coaching and workshop experiences, Debby seeks to empower clients to transform their work and/or personal lives so that they wake up in the morning excited and inspired to start the day.  She wants them to know that they are always at choice, and to choose thoughtfully and wisely, in service of achieving their goals.

Prior to coaching, Debby spent many years as an officer in Corporate America, first in the advertising world, and later at a major pharmaceutical manufacturer.  It was there that she developed her strategic and critical thinking, and where she realized how much she enjoyed training and developing people.  It was through many unofficial "sit downs" with "stuck" fellow employees that Debby began on her path to coaching - long before she even knew what coaching was.  She decided to formally make the move to coaching & training to honor that which she truly loves.  The transition has been like pure oxygen. 

Debby was graduated, cum laude, by the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and also spent two summers at Middlebury College as a participant in their summer French Institute immersion program. (She coaches and facilitates in English only, however).

Debby was an enthusiastic participant in the CTI Leadership Program (Birch Tribe - Ho!), where she grew exponentially as a leader, coach, friend, wife and mother and found life-long friends and colleagues.
