Are training workshops/programs facilitated by one person or two?
It depends on the particular engagement and what is needed. It might be just one, or it might be two coaches depending on the situation.
Why sometimes two coaches?
For larger engagements, the two coach facilitators play off of each other. We believe in the philosophy that "two heads are better than one" and the experience that will be created by having two coaches or trainers will add heightened texture to the experience.
Two coaches offer two unique perspectives and styles, giving participants different "windows" into the material or experience, deepening and enhancing the opportunity for learning.
The coaches interact with the room, while scanning for impact, comprehension & engagement. It is certainly possible for one coach to both "engage" and "scan" but we believe results are more effective and the experience is richer when you have two leaders.
We do not charge "extra" to bring in a second coach. We charge competitive prices, and we bring the resources needed to deliver a quality experience. We believe that an engaging & productive experience will bring clients back for more, and lead to referrals by satisfied clients. This is just our style of doing business.
