CliftonStrengths®

To be successful, you need to focus on what comes naturally to you, and invest time in these talents to reach mastery.

Focusing all your energy on weaknesses is a waste of time.  That is not where greatness if found.  Doing nothing but weakness fixing will lead you to mediocrity at best.

And don't spend energy trying to do things how others do.  You have to find your way.

Taking the CliftonStrengths® talent assessment is the first step toward uncovering your greatness.

Identify the Clifton assessment best suited for you.  Then have an personalized debrief by a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and begin to unlock the road to talent mastery:

  • CliftonStrengths® (CS) - For the post college set, designed for the workplace, but appropriate for every facet of life.  Identify your unique talents and aim them to serve your game to build true strengths!  Take it on your own or have your whole team/organization take it.  Self-awareness and understanding others is a huge part of creating a high-performing, happy team.

  • StrengthsQuest - If you are in high school or college, StrengthsQuest offers  the same CS assessment, but report suggestions are geared more toward college students (versus the workplace.)

  • StrengthsExplorer - For 10-14 year olds - A simplified version of the CSF geared to a younger set.  Because it is never too early to learn about what makes you great!
