The Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)
Identifies an individual’s social and emotional intelligence strengths & development opportunities (not just EI) using the industry standard, four-quadrant model.
The SEIP measures the 26 competencies identified as critical in socially and emotionally intelligent individuals, families, teams and organizations.
In addition to identifying areas of strength and areas for improvement, the instrument provides detailed descriptions of emotionally and socially intelligent behaviors when present and when lacking, as well as extensive suggestions for development, helpful for coaching.
The 78-item SEIP is available online as both a self-report and 360 multi-rater format.
At Optimism Inc., we offer two versions:
General Adult Profile (Appropriate for personal development and relationship work)
Workplace Profile (Appropriate for business)
All reports are administered online, and results are sent to the coach to then share in detail with the assessment taker as a productive pathway into developmental work.
For those taking the SEIP in the workforce, it is highly recommended that the 360 version be taken for maximum developmental clarity and benefit.
